Blink Berlin Returns and Refunds Policy

Welcome to Blink Berlin! We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience, both in the events we host and the products we offer. Event Tickets:
All ticket sales for Blink Berlin events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets, except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event. In such cases, ticket holders will be informed of how to obtain a refund or use the ticket for the postponed event.

Merchandise:
If you have purchased merchandise from Blink Berlin, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Returns Process for Merchandise:
To initiate a return for merchandise, please contact our customer service team at lisa@blink-berlin.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process for Merchandise:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and check their condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 12-20 working days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Damaged or Defective Goods:
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at lisa@blink-berlin.com. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement of a Blink Berlin event, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and information on refunds or ticket transfers will be provided.

Changes to the Returns and Refunds Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change our returns and refunds policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and will be reflected on this page.

By purchasing tickets or merchandise from Blink Berlin, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this returns and refunds policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
